退款政策

退款政策

此退貨政策的中文版只作參考。如有差異,一切內容解釋以英文版為準。

退貨

我們的政策有效期為14天。如果自你購物起超過14天,我們恕不能讓你退款或換貨。

要合資格退貨,你的貨品須未經使用及和你剛收到時的狀態一樣。貨品亦必須在原本及完好的包裝內。 如果需要退貨,我們會收取貨品價格的10%,及(如適用)信用卡費用作手續費。

部分貨品不能退貨。貼身物品,包括內衣/褲、襪子、緊物褲、塑身衣、泳裝、嬰兒貨品及床品 (即便包裝尚未打開,所有貼身物品亦不可進行退換) 都不可退貨。我們亦不接受為轉售用途而購入的商品 (包括HerbGet判斷為懷疑為轉售用途而購入的商品) 退貨。

其他不可退貨的產品:

  • 禮品卡
  • 數碼格式貨品

我們需要收據或購買證明去完成你的退貨手續。
請不要把購買的貨品寄回製造商。

在某些情況下,我們只會作出部分退款:

  • 任何不因我們的失誤,而不在原本狀態、受損或部分遺失的貨品
  • 任何由發貨日後超過14天退回的貨品

我們不會在你濫用/過度使用退換貨服務的情況下退貨,並保留暫停或取消進行頻繁退換貨的賬戶的權利。

退款

當我們收到並檢查你退回的貨品後,我們會以電郵通知你我們已收到你退回的貨品。我們亦會通知你我們批准或拒絕向你退款。

如果我們批准你的退款,你的退款將會處理,在一定的日數內,會有金額存入你的信用卡或原先的付款方式。

逾期或遺失的退款

如果你還未有收到退款,你可先再查看你的銀行帳戶或信用卡帳戶。然後聯絡你的信用卡公司,這可能在你的退款正式發出退款需要一些時間。之後聯絡你的銀行。通常在退款發出前,都會要一些處理時間。

如果你已完成上述所有事項,而你還沒有收到退款,請以電郵cs@herbget.com聯絡我們。

減價貨品

只有正價貨品可獲退款,減價貨品恕不退款。

換貨

我們只會更換有缺陷或損壞的貨品。

如果你需要更換同一件貨品,請發電郵至cs@herbget.com及郵寄你的貨品至香港銅鑼灣希慎道8號裕景商業中心LB樓5號鋪。

送貨

如需退貨,請郵寄貨品至香港銅鑼灣希慎道8號裕景商業中心LB樓5號鋪。

你須負責支付你退貨的運費。我們不會退回運費。如果你獲得退款,退貨的運費將由退貨款當中扣除。

換貨的送貨所需時間可能會根據你居住的地點有所不同。

你應考慮使用可追蹤的送貨服務或購買運輸保險。 我們不保證我們會收到你退回的物品。


Returns Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you request a product return, we will charge you 10% of the product value and (if applicable) credit card fee as transactional fee.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Intimate items, including innerwear, socks, leggings, body-shapers, support tights, swimwear, baby items and bedding items (All intimate items cannot be exchanged or refunded, even if the package has not been opened) cannot be returned. We also do not accept items purchased for resale purposes (including products that HerbGet judges to be suspected of resale purposes).

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital format items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

We do not accept product returns in the case of abuse / excessive use of exchanges, returns and refunds services, and we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the user account who make frequent returns or exchanges.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cs@herbget.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@herbget.com and send your item to: Shop 5, LB/F, Eton Tower, 8 Hysan Avenue, CAUSEWAY BAY, HONG KONG.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shop 5, LB/F, Eton Tower, 8 Hysan Avenue, CAUSEWAY BAY, HONG KONG.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
